U.S. size 4= Argentina size 34
U.S. size 5 = Argentina size 35
U.S. size 6= Argentina size 36
U.S. size 7= Argentina size 37
U.S. size 8= Argentina size 38
U.S. size 9= Argentina size 39
U.S. size 10=Argentina size 40
U.S. size 11=Argentina size 41
Half sizes: Comme Il Faut does not make U.S. half sizes so you are encouraged to pick a more open toe style in the smaller size or a more closed toe style in the larger size if you truly wear a half-size. Ditto if you have a particularly wide or narrow foot.
Additionally, those shoes primarily in suede will tend to have more "give". While those in leather, fabric and patent leather tend to hold their shape. I still wear my first pair of patent leather CIF that I bought over 5 years ago, to teach in several hours a day.
Heel Heights and Styles:
3.75 in. stiletto
3.5 in. stiletto
3 in. stiletto
Heel styles: The majority of CIF shoes boast a stiletto heel in varying heights. However, from time to time we see a Louis Heel (wider at the top, concave in the middle and an outward taper at the bottom). And whereas the majority of stiletto heels are circular with a flat side towards the inside, we do see somewhat regularly the total cylinder shaped stiletto.
Pricing: All shoes are $199 + $10 shipping and handling within the continental U.S. They will arrive via USPS normally within 3-5 business days. International shipping is $30 and normally arrives within 5-10 business days. Shoes on sale are listed as the last entry to their size and vary from $185, $165, $140. Shoes that are unworn may be returned within 30 days of purchase for the full price paid. (Shipping not included) and purchaser must pay for the return shipping.
Limited Edition Designs: Aside from the "classic" design, Comme Il Faut, only makes any one particular design in batches of 30. The upside is that it is unlikely that anybody else in your community will have exactly the same shoe. The downside is that you cannot special order any shoe you see. If you have a particular request, however (Ex. I'm looking for a Metallic purple and cheetah print with a heel in 3.75) I'll be happy to request whatever they have in stock at the time that comes closest.
Photos: Unfortunately Comme Il Faut doesn't like us to post entire photographs of their latest designs so we can only post a portion of the shoe and a description. If, however, you are interested in a particular shoe, shoot me an email and I will be glad to send you a photograph of the entire shoe in all its glory.
Other Brands and Resale shoes: On occasion I will sometimes come across another brand of shoe that I think is particularly fabulous. If I have any of those in stock they will be listed at the very bottom of the listings coinciding with their size.
And lastly, I do, from time to time have very lightly used shoes for sale. These will be listed as such and will be priced at a very reduced rate.
